Henri Verbeet dc57d0c607 wined3d: Pass a wined3d_shader_context structure to shader_glsl_get_register_name().
Instead of a wined3d_shader_instruction structure. It only uses the
instruction to get at the context, so just pass the context directly.

Józef Kucia db6f95880c wined3d: Reject cross-device blits.
DirectDraw tests show that cross-device blits are supposed to work for
limited cases between system memory surfaces. However, cross-device
blits are unsafe in wined3d, especially with CSMT enabled.

Matteo Bruni 16c708c339 wined3d: Use core functions to set the stencil mask on GL 2.0+.
glStencilMask() is defined as setting both front and back stencil
masks in GL 2.0+ and we don't want to use the EXT_stencil_two_side
entry points even if they happen to be available there.
D3D doesn't support separate front / back stencil write masks anyway.

Józef Kucia ca8e05154e wined3d: Add support for stream output with vertex shaders.
In Direct3D, a stream-output geometry shader can be created from a
vertex shader bytecode. We generate a pass-through geometry shader in
this case. Pass-through geometry shaders are helpful because they can
easily split outputs when rasterization is disabed. We could also add
another codepath in order to avoid geometry shaders when possible.

Supported when ARB_framebuffer_no_attachments is available.

It was reported that no attachments framebuffers trigger GPU hangs
in The Witcher 3 on some system configurations with radeonsi driver.
MESA_EXTENSION_OVERRIDE=-GL_ARB_framebuffer_no_attachments can be used
as a workaround until it's fixed.

Józef Kucia de9ebcff70 wined3d: Use renderbuffers when resolving multisample textures with conversion.
Direct3D 9 allows blits from multisample resources to non-multisample
resources with scaling or format conversion. In OpenGL, we resolve
multisample texture to the renderbuffer associated with the texture
before doing the actual blit with scaling/format conversion.

Henri Verbeet 16e54c80c8 wined3d: Get rid of the WINED3D_SWAP_EFFECT_FLIP fixme in swapchain_gl_present().
I think this works about as well as it's going to. There may be a theoretical
issue that GDI draws to the window should end up in the backbuffer after a
flip, but I don't think we have tests showing that to actually be the case,
and generally speaking I'm not all that worried about it.

We can return WINED3DOK_NOAUTOGEN only when all other resource usages
are supported.

Fixes 25a8773d21 ("wined3d: Advertise AUTOGENMIPMAP only for
renderable and filterable formats."). The problem was present before
25a8773d21, but the mentioned commit made it much worse. Previously,
it was an issue only for OpenGL implementations which do not support
the GL_SGIS_generate_mipmap extension.

Stefan Dösinger 04d4584dea wined3d: Show the device window when changing fullscreen resolutions.
World of Warplanes calls SetWindowLong(window, GWL_STYLE, WS_POPUP)
before calling reset, effectively hiding the window. It does not call
SetWindowPos(SWP_FRAMECHANGED), so the effect isn't visible and the
game displays fine after the reset. However, after the next mouse
click WINPOS_WindowFromPoint skips the window because it doesn't have
WS_VISIBLE and returns the desktop window. This in turn triggers a
focus loss and d3d9 minimizes the game.

In Direct3D a different format is used for sampling depth textures, but
this is not the case in OpenGL. We still need to create a texture view
when a texture type is different than a view type, or when a shader
resource view is being created for a subset of sub-resources.
