Liam Middlebrook 1fa427f2d0 winevulkan: Update to VK spec version 1.1.130.
Also update a single define reference in wined3d since VK_EXT_device_address
was promoted to KHR and renamed VK_ERROR_INVALID_DEVICE_ADDRESS_EXT to
VK_ERROR_INVALID_OPAQUE_CAPTURE_ADDRESS_KHR.

Henri Verbeet 5d4d5c593d wined3d: Pass a pointer to the counter buffer to wined3d_view_gl_destroy().
If adapter_gl_destroy_unordered_access_view() is called before
wined3d_unordered_access_view_gl_cs_init() has finished executing, the
"counter_bo" field may still be 0. More generally, we shouldn't access
the "counter_bo" field from outside the CS thread.

Paul Gofman a73a892f46 wined3d: Use software decompression for converting from compressed format.
The motivation under this is not just supporting conversion between
compressed formats. Currently fallback CPU blitter cannot convert
from DXTn formats at all, this patch allows for that if software
decompression function is available.

Paul Gofman df509be8c6 wined3d: Allow loading buffers mapped through system memory.
Fixes rendering dirt on the wind shield and GL_INVALID_OPERATION
errors in "Need For Speed Shift 2".

The test succeeds on Windows with retail Direct3D 9, but fails
with debug Direct3D 9 if selected in DirectX SDK control panel:
error code is returned from _DrawIndexedPrimitive() and the
triangle is not rendered.

Henri Verbeet 7260e8bd4a wined3d: Initialise d3d_info after quirks are applied.
In particular, quirk_broken_viewport_subpixel_bits() disables
ARB_CLIP_CONTROL, which affects "d3d_info->clip_control". This fixes a
regression introduced by commit e795ddb3d8.

Henri Verbeet 57d158622f wined3d: Acquire a context for the front buffer in swapchain_gl_present().
Since context_acquire() doesn't take the resource location into account, it
may consider the back-buffer to be offscreen, and return an already active
context for a different swapchain. This fixes a regression introduced by
commit 64d41b3dec.

Henri Verbeet 40a83b2ff3 wined3d: Handle context acquisition failure in wined3d_device_create_primary_opengl_context_cs().
Now that we no longer always call context_acquire() from
swapchain_init(), context acquisition can fail here instead.
This fixes a regression introduced by commit
64d41b3dec.

So that the hook is properly removed on failure in wined3d_swapchain_create().
This is a somewhat theoretical though, since in practice
