Chip Davis 42e932e63f wined3d: Remove WINED3D_RS_EDGEANTIALIAS.
Handle this render state similarly to D3DRS_ZFUNC, by mapping it in the
client DLLs.

As far as I can tell, save for the fact that it's only supposed to apply
to lines forming a convex outline, it's roughly equivalent to
D3DRS_ANTIALIASEDLINEENABLE. We definitely handled it the same way.

Curiously, even though we supported the render state, we didn't set the
corresponding capability bit. Do that now.

Chip Davis 2929a3a056 wined3d: Use GL_APPLE_flush_render and GL_APPLE_rgb_422 to detect Apple OpenGL.
In addition to the existing GL_APPLE_ycbcr_422. Core contexts on Mac OS don't
advertise GL_APPLE_fence or GL_APPLE_ycbcr_422... but they do have
GL_APPLE_flush_render and GL_APPLE_rgb_422. So, go back to using
GL_APPLE_flush_render in our OS X detection, and accept GL_APPLE_rgb_422 in
addition to GL_APPLE_ycbcr_422.

Zhiyi Zhang f91dd56ccd wined3d: Do not clip the cursor after changing display modes.
DirectDraw should clip the cursor to the primary monitor only when the
cooperative level is DDSCL_EXCLUSIVE. For Direct3D 8, 9 and DXGI,
changing display modes shouldn't clip the cursor as tests showed.

Matteo Bruni 038b561b10 wined3d: Get rid of the vertex sampler offset.
Do the offsetting in d3d9 instead.

Notice that this also fixes vertex sampler handling in
wined3d_stateblock_apply(), since it was using the adjusted "stage" to index
the sampler_states[] array. (Coverity)

Liam Middlebrook 1fa427f2d0 winevulkan: Update to VK spec version 1.1.130.
Also update a single define reference in wined3d since VK_EXT_device_address
was promoted to KHR and renamed VK_ERROR_INVALID_DEVICE_ADDRESS_EXT to
VK_ERROR_INVALID_OPAQUE_CAPTURE_ADDRESS_KHR.

Henri Verbeet 5d4d5c593d wined3d: Pass a pointer to the counter buffer to wined3d_view_gl_destroy().
If adapter_gl_destroy_unordered_access_view() is called before
wined3d_unordered_access_view_gl_cs_init() has finished executing, the
"counter_bo" field may still be 0. More generally, we shouldn't access
the "counter_bo" field from outside the CS thread.
