Andrew Eikum b466419c32 hid: Move preparsed data definition to global header. 
PHIDP_PREPARSED_DATA is supposed to be an opaque pointer, but the size
is accessible through user32.GetRawInputDeviceInfo(RIDI_PREPARSEDDATA),
so we will need to know the struct layout in user32, too.

Zebediah Figura cdeb55a8f9 strmbase/transform: Reimplement IQualityControl for the source pin. 
There is not enough common code between renderers and transforms to be worth
duplicating.

This fixes a regression introduced by db7eb3327. The wrong impl_from_*()
helper was used in IQualityControl::Notify().

Zhiyi Zhang 354359197b gdi32: Add D3DKMTSetVidPnSourceOwner and D3DKMTCheckVidPnExclusiveOwnership stubs. 
D3DKMTSetVidPnSourceOwner needs to be implemented in the graphics drivers
because we need to maintain the VidPN source ownership information list
in the graphics drivers. For example, the graphics drivers need to release the
exclusive ownership when a new window is moved to a monitor which has been taken
exclusive ownership.

Francois Gouget 033196641b tests: Add support for subtests. 
Some Wine tests run code compiled from another C file, resulting in
traces and errors that look like they come from a different test.
subtest() allows such tests to declare their subtests so they are
recognized by scripts parsing the results such as the TestBot and
WineTest website.

Rémi Bernon 6672fc9d85 ntdll: Use custom internal zero_bits_64 parameter format. 
The zero_bits parameter can be a pointer mask on Win64 and WoW64 and it
was incorrectly truncated to 16bits in APCs. Testing shows that only the
leading zeroes are used in the mask, so we can safely use the 64 based
number of leading zeroes everywhere instead.

Zebediah Figura 881f938067 strmbase: Split RenderEvent into separate events for advising and flushing. 
While it's certainly possible to use one event for both purposes, it's a
little less clear, and it makes it a little more difficult to do other waits
that need to be interrupted by flushing. For example, the video renderer
should block in Receive() after rendering the sample until the filter is run.

Tim Schumacher 062db72226 dbgstr: Initialize hex list using an explicit char array. 
Some compilers (or rather, compiler settings) are unhappy with the
terminating null-char, which is one byte beyond the 16 char limit.

Martin Storsjo 8fb8cc03c3 arm64: Use __builtin_ms_va_list and __attribute__((ms_abi)) on arm64. 
Windows uses a different ABI for va_list on arm64 just like on x86_64.

On x86_64, the calling convention for windows functions is completely
different from the one on other platforms. On arm64, they're mostly the
same, with the only exception being variadic functions (where all float
arguments are passed in integer registers, since the va_list is a single
pointer).

Any functions using __builtin_ms_va_start need to be decorated with
__attribute__((ms_abi)).

Direct3D seems to define exact depth bias scale factors per format.
In order to make depth bias work reliably across OpenGL drivers we need
to slightly adjust depth bias values passed to glPolygonOffset().

Hans Leidekker ac0744d450 advapi32: Fix EnumServicesStatus on Wow64. 
The structures returned by this function contain pointers, which breaks on Wow64 if
the client is 32-bit (the service manager always runs in a 64-bit process).

This patch introduces a variant of ENUM_SERVICE_STATUS with offsets instead of pointers
and converts the structures on the client side.

The downside is that we need to buffer the data, but in return we can get rid of the
dummy buffer pointer.

Józef Kucia 9128ec0bce wined3d: Extend wined3d_check_device_format() to allow querying general format support. 
For D3D10+.

When WINED3D_RTYPE_NONE is passed the wined3d_check_device_format()
function checks if a format is supported for all reasonable resource
types for a given usage. For now render target and depth stencil support
can be queried using this method.

Józef Kucia 7b01569e44 wined3d: Recognize SM5+ patch input primitive types. 
In D3D11 geometry shaders accept patches as input primitives. This is
forbidden in OpenGL as specified in the ARB_tessellation_shaders spec:
  "we will not allow geometry shaders to receive patches in this
  extension. That limitation may be relaxed in a future extension."
