Zebediah Figura 421e6b2b93 strmbase: Get rid of the base transform. 
This is providing very little of value. The code in Receive() and in the state
management methods should probably be moved to the base pin and filter
respectively; the media type management is just wrong (and our two extant
transforms should not handle it the same way anyway), and most of the rest just
passes through to the transform's own callback table.

Francois Gouget e4dbd56705 tests: Limit spam from todos, skips and traces when winetest_debug==1. 
Some tests loop on system resources like fonts and issue todos, skips or
even traces on every iteration. Depending on the machine configuration
this can result in a lot of traces and push WineTest reports above the
1.5 MB limit.
So on low debugging levels automatically silence test lines that issue
more than 50 such messages. A count of the silenced messages is given at
the end.

Zebediah Figura cdeb55a8f9 strmbase/transform: Reimplement IQualityControl for the source pin. 
There is not enough common code between renderers and transforms to be worth
duplicating.

This fixes a regression introduced by db7eb3327. The wrong impl_from_*()

Francois Gouget 033196641b tests: Add support for subtests. 
Some Wine tests run code compiled from another C file, resulting in
traces and errors that look like they come from a different test.
subtest() allows such tests to declare their subtests so they are

Rémi Bernon 6672fc9d85 ntdll: Use custom internal zero_bits_64 parameter format. 
The zero_bits parameter can be a pointer mask on Win64 and WoW64 and it
was incorrectly truncated to 16bits in APCs. Testing shows that only the
leading zeroes are used in the mask, so we can safely use the 64 based
number of leading zeroes everywhere instead.

Zebediah Figura 881f938067 strmbase: Split RenderEvent into separate events for advising and flushing. 
While it's certainly possible to use one event for both purposes, it's a
little less clear, and it makes it a little more difficult to do other waits
that need to be interrupted by flushing. For example, the video renderer
should block in Receive() after rendering the sample until the filter is run.

Tim Schumacher 062db72226 dbgstr: Initialize hex list using an explicit char array. 
Some compilers (or rather, compiler settings) are unhappy with the
terminating null-char, which is one byte beyond the 16 char limit.

Initialize the array without the null char to circumvent this issue.
