Georg Lehmann 67000f2969 winevulkan: Implement vk_icdGetPhysicalDeviceProcAddr. 
When using the windows vulkan loader vk_icdGetPhysicalDeviceProcAddr
is used for unknown physical device functions.
Fixes Red Dead Redemption 2 with vkd3d-proton. The game replaces wine's
vulkan-1.dll with a windows version that doesn't know functions used by
vkd3d-proton.

Rémi Bernon b71cea76ed dinput: Wait for the hook thread to exit when stopping it. 
FlatOut2 demo calls FreeLibrary on the dinput8 module more times than
it has loaded it, and the module reference that the internal thread has
is getting decremented before its exit.

Having an internal window to destroy also makes it more likely to crash
as it takes more time to exit calls the window procedure function.

Waiting for the thread to complete when all the dinput instances are
destroyed ensures that the thread isn't alive when the game frees the
DLL, and prevents the thread from crashing.

Nikolay Sivov 657a76ce23 mfreadwrite/reader: Use shared multi-threaded queue internally. 
Using dedicated queue prevents potential lockups with event queue,
specifically when waiting on event queue for seek to finish blocks
events delivery.

The issue was diagnosed by Giovanni.

Henri Verbeet b1c8449954 wined3d: Invalidate sRGB write state in wined3d_cs_exec_set_rendertarget_view() if needed. 
Instead of in wined3d_context_gl_setup_target(). If the render-target view
uses an sRGB format, but the underlying resource has a typeless format, we'd
potentially miss an invalidation in wined3d_context_gl_setup_target() where we
only have access to the underlying resource.

Victor Hermann Chiletto 2c548247c9 winevulkan: Implement vkEnumerateDeviceLayerProperties. 
Currently, this function is passed through winevulkan to the system's
Vulkan loader, which causes the loader to write the system's device
layers properties in pProperties.

Unreal Engine 4 then calls vkEnumerateDeviceExtensionProperties, using
VkLayerProperties::layerName as the pLayerName.

winevulkan's implementation of vkEnumerateDeviceExtensionProperties then
returns VK_ERROR_LAYER_NOT_PRESENT, crashing UE4.

This issue was found while debugging Project Wingman (Steam appid
895870), but it should also happen to any UE4 application using the
Vulkan RHI.

Zebediah Figura 64cfcc1c62 ntdll: Remove the source fd from the cache before calling the dup_handle request. 
If another thread creates and accesses a file between the dup_handle request and
the call to remove_fd_from_cache(), the file may be allocated to the same handle
number, and that thread will then receive the wrong unix fd. Avoid this race by
invalidating the cache first.

Lauri Kenttä 6a307a0953 mscms: Support COLOR_CMYK to COLOR_3_CHANNEL translation. 
It doesn't seem to matter whether COLOR_3_CHANNEL is mapped to
TYPE_RGB or TYPE_CMY, so I've left it as TYPE_RGB as is the default.

This makes Purple Pen orienteering map app usable (colors, not B/W).

Huw Davies 6f39731544 riched20: Update the scrollbar page size from the host. 
There isn't an explicit ITextHost method that does this, however
ITextHost_TxSetScrollRange() is called whenever the client size
changes, so the host can update the page size there.
