Erich E. Hoover f9b878101e user32/tests: Fix an inconsistent test case in clearing the clipboard. 
Depending on our clipboard polling we can get an additional clipboard
update during the clipboard clear test.  This change forces a consistent
state when starting the test, which stops the additional window message
from possibly occurring.

that the initial content of the resource memory is undefined. Moreover,
failures in other tests have shown that the initial texture data is not

Fixes bc019fcbbd. Previously, we had the
NOSYNC flag instead of the SYNC flag. When the NOSYNC flag was set the
buffer was mapped with GL_MAP_UNSYNCHRONIZED_BIT. Now, when the SYNC
flag is not set the buffer is mapped with GL_MAP_UNSYNCHRONIZED_BIT.

Ken Thomases e846da321a winemac: Convert old-Mac-style line breaks (CR) to Windows-style CRLF when importing UTF-16. 
At least one Mac app, TextWrangler, puts UTF-16 data on the pasteboard with
lines separated by CR (although it uses LF for the UTF-8 form of the same text).
Other Mac apps handle it properly; we should, too.
