Zebediah Figura 968eda4b18 oleaut32: Unify the typelib and dispatch proxy/stub factories. 
Both seem to be able to handle either kind of interface on Windows.

f72f8e5c4 was not enough, since the IDispatch proxy/stub factory
delegates to the typelib proxy/stub factory if the IID is not
IDispatch.

Paul Gofman c6cd92bedd ntdll: Avoid resetting x87 FPU state when saving context. 
'FNSAVE' x87 instruction resets the FPU state to default values
(like FINIT). This results in FPU state reset to default in any
ntdll call which is getting x87 FPU state, e. g. obtaining context
or raising an exception.

Gabriel Ivăncescu 7a1b96f6b7 user32/listbox: Implement LBS_NODATA for multi-selection listboxes. 
Use a byte array to store selection state of items, since we don't need any
other data for LBS_NODATA multi-selection listboxes. This improves memory
usage dramatically for large lists, and performance boosts are nice too.

Józef Kucia 0da481856b dxgi: Always use user images instead of using Vulkan swapchain directly. 
Some Vulkan drivers require that swapchain dimensions and window dimensions match exactly.
Additionally, we want to have ability to change the presentation mode, and the only way to change
the presentation mode in Vulkan is to recreate the swapchain.

Nikolay Sivov df4aaff7a3 usp10: Use single path for all fonts in ScriptGetCMap(). 
Testing tmPitchAndFamily bitmask does not tell if font has mappings defined.
Besides that, GetGlyphIndices() handles bitmap system fonts exactly the same
way alternate path did.

Dmitry Timoshkov 361b0ed5ba windowscodecs: Move JPEG frame image data initialization from Frame::CopyPixels to Decoder::Initialize. 
This is how PNG decoder does things, and it avoids image data corruption
in some cases (presumably when libjpeg reuses existing scanline data).
