Rémi Bernon 7a571127e4 xinput1_3/tests: Add some HID report tests. 
This adds tests to validate the bogus HID devices exposed native XInput
driver. Interactive tests are also included to validate the HID report
values, and more specifically the weird combined triggers, which is
currently not implemented correctly in Wine.

Some third-party libraries, such as SDL, are known to rely on this bogus
HID devices and hardcode the expected report structure.

This has been tested on Windows 10 with XBox 360 controllers as well
as Xbox One S controllers.

The latter are detected as 045e:02ea on Linux, but as 045e:02ff on
Windows for some reason, and their descriptor seems a little bit
different.

Their exposed HID device also doesn't seem to work at all and ReadFile
never succeeds, so the interactive tests are skipped for these devices.

Eduard Permyakov 2d33f406c9 xmllite: Don't lose terminating character when shrinking buffer. 
The utf16 buffer is expected to be terminated by a '0' character.
Flawed buffer shrinking logic would move the buffer contents but
forget about the terminating character, which could cause reading
junk past the end of the buffer contents.

Andrew Boyarshin 32ec7d7b94 include: Fix IRequestDictionary IID. 
IRequestDictionary had the wrong UUID specified (IResponse one).
Found by using MIDL instead of WIDL to compile Wine headers:

Francois Gouget caf5ab5d65 oleaut32: Fix VarParseNumFromStr()'s handling of currency decimals. 
They have no default, flag the value as a monetary amount, are
unaffected by the presence / absence of a currency symbol, and are
incompatible with hexadecimal / octal numbers.

Rémi Bernon a2c902e68d ntoskrnl.exe/tests: Wait for second report first. 
And increasing the polling period, so that first queued read is unlikely
to complete before we queued the second one.

This was meant to test that all pending reads are satisfied at once
after a poll, but it causes some spurious failures as they aren't
satisfied atomically (especially on Wine). As there's an increasing seq
counter in each poll it should be enough to compare the report data.

Dmitry Timoshkov b4da140357 combase: When looking up an apartment which has a given creator thread ID use multi-threaded apartment only if the thread doesn't have an apartment-threaded one. 
CoIncrementMTAUsage() always creates the MTA if it doesn't already exist,

apartment of the thread.

Francois Gouget 9e4524ffb0 oleaut32: Fix VarParseNumFromStr()'s handling of currency thousands separators. 
They are have no default, are not allowed before the first digit, are
unaffected by the presence / absence of a currency symbol, can be mixed
with regular digit separators, are incompatible with hexadecimal and
octal numbers (as are regular digit separators), and mask trailing
spaces.
Also they don't match regular spaces when set to a non-breaking space.

Arkadiusz Hiler 5cb70e73f0 dinput/tests: Make overlapped format tests more robust. 
Both Acquire() and event processing with DirectInput seem to be
asynchronous. In most cases we can just keep hammering GetDeviceData()
until the event gets processed.

Things get pretty racy around Acquire() though. If we fire event right
after the device is acquired we can find ourselves in one of the three
situations:

1. Event happened after acquiring has completed - the wait will suffice.

2. Event happened before acquiring did any real work - the device will
   pick up the state as if the event was processed, but there's nothing
   in GetDeviceData(). Because of that we cannot fail on wait.

3. Event happened somewhere in the middle of acquiring - we ended up
   both missing the event for GetDeviceData() and we have outdated
   state. Sending event again will register as if the button was not
   already pressed.

This change covers all three scenarios.

Francois Gouget b2c89b1a41 ntdll/tests: Account for some timer resolution rounding. 
With some time source drivers the requested timer resolution is
rounded to the nearest value supported by the hardware, and that is
then reported by NtSetTimerResolution(). So adjust the timer tests to
allow close values, including outside the max-min range!
Make sure the values given to NtQueryTimerResolution() are well outside
the range of what it could return.
