Zhiyi Zhang 0e58bcea7f dxgi: Retrieve d3d12 swapchain fullscreen state from wined3d. 
Once Alt+Enter handling is implemented, the fullscreen state may change
without dxgi necessarily being aware of it.

Kevin Puetz d45b3d4fdd include: Fix undefined char16_t in C11. 
In c++11 char16_t is a distinct fundamental type,
but in c11 it is merely a typedef in <uchar.h>.

Explicitly mention char16_t only in c++11 (where it is built-in),
otherwise define WCHAR as unsigned short (without naming char16_t)
and just hope that on C11 this matches u"..."

Remove WINE_UNICODE_CHAR16; it is now the default when supported.

Martin Storsjo 36ebdfc6b6 ntdll: Add ARM64 SEH unwind directives for assembly functions in PE builds. 
This fixes unwinding through RtlRaiseException and
call_consolidate_callback in PE builds.

Adjust the call_consolidate_callback function to store the whole
context on the stack, and use the seh "context" opcode for
unwinding to that context instead of the parent. Adjust the dwarf
escape codes for reading from the context on the stack.

Martin Storsjo 342c5da7c1 configure, msvcrt: Check for the finite() function just like finitef(). 
If missing, fall back on the C99 isfinite() macro, just like
the existing finitef() fallback.

The finite() function is deprecated in macOS 10.9 and is
removed (from the SDK) since macOS 11.0.

Rémi Bernon 196cb7afef xaudio2_9: Use new FAudioCreateReverb9 interface. 
XAudio 2.9 and Windows 10 introduced a new SideDelay field in the middle
of the XAUDIO2FX_REVERB_PARAMETERS structure, which causes other fields
to be offseted and incorrectly read from the parameter buffer.

FAudio 20.08 introduces this new interface to create reverb effects that
use the new parameter structure layout.

This fixes audio glitches in Dragon Quest Builders 2.

Francois Gouget 9f60ce22fb tests: Trace elapsed time when $WINETEST_TIME is set. 
This simplifies narrowing down where a test gets stuck or is slow if
it times out but prints few messages.
Note that the elapsed time is relative to the current process start
time. So subprocesses will have a different elapsed time.

Zebediah Figura 9f467402df quartz/dsoundrender: Reimplement the DirectSound renderer directly on top of the strmbase filter. 
The DirectSound renderer does a lot of things differently. To a large degree
this is to be expected; it's an audio renderer and therefore needs to buffer
much farther in advance. However, it also doesn't participate in quality
management, doesn't block in Receive(), and has a few other mild differences in
behaviour. Weighing the features implemented by the base renderer against the
quirks necessary for the DirectSound renderer leads me to believe that it would
be easier not to use that framework.

The typeof(...) extension is available in -std=gnu++11,
but c++11 considers it replaced by decltype(...) and off-by-default

because both __uuidof(typename) and __uuidof(expression) should work,
but decltype(typename) is not accepted.
