Francois Gouget e72c71d27d ntdll/tests: Improve the RtlWaitOnAddress() timeout checks. 
GetTickCount()'s granularity represents 15% of the time we want to
mesure, making it hard to not get failures. So use NtQuerySystemTime()
instead since we already depend on it.
Narrow down the acceptable range again.

Zebediah Figura bedd92ca06 server: Explicitly return whether a select request was immediately signaled. 
This fixes a regression introduced by 97afac469f.

If we make a request on an asynchronous device handle, and the IRP handler
returns STATUS_PENDING, wait_async() will return STATUS_PENDING, as intended.
However, if the async object is signaled before the user has a chance to call
wait_async() [e.g. if get_next_device_request is called quickly enough], select
will return STATUS_PENDING immediately, which causes server_select() to think
the object is not signaled, and wait for a select reply forever.

Zhiyi Zhang b5abd53494 user32: Call SCROLL_DrawScrollBar() to draw arrows in SCROLL_HandleScrollEvent(). 
So that SCROLL_DrawScrollBar() can eventually be hooked by a themed scroll bar drawing function and
use a single function to draw scroll bars, instead of hooking multiple scroll bar drawing functions
that draw different parts.

Zhiyi Zhang 5541cf32c5 user32: Introduce a SCROLL_DrawNCScrollBar() to draw scroll bars in non-client area. 
Having a SCROLL_DrawNCScrollBar() in scroll.c enables it to access global variables there. So that
global variables access in SCROLL_DrawScrollBar() can be moved outside of it and
SCROLL_DrawScrollBar() can then be refactored into a function without access to global variables.

Rémi Bernon 8b8b43d5f3 crypt32: Grow item size buffer by more than 1 at a time. 
When Steam starts and connects, it sometimes does some crypt32
processing and ends up spending a huge amount of time in ntdll memcpy,
reallocating buffers, effectively getting stuck while connecting to the
user account.

Handle IRP_MN_SURPRISE_REMOVAL and notify device thread to stop it, but
only wait for it in IRP_MN_REMOVE_DEVICE, as it's probably waiting for
an IRP sent to the lower driver, which needs to be notified of removal
too first.

This shows that removing a device should send IRP_MN_SURPRISE_REMOVAL
only, and that it's still possible to use DeviceIoControl on already
opened handles.

IRP_MN_REMOVE_DEVICE should only be sent when all then opened handles
are closed.

Zebediah Figura 5b156eecba winegstreamer: Change the formatting of error and warning messages a bit. 
The TestBot treats anything containing the string ": error: " as a compiler
error. It may be possible for the TestBot to be smarter, but it seems easier
just to tweak winegstreamer.

Alexander Fischer b9f012e14c winhttp: Added stubs to function request_set_option. 
WINHTTP_OPTION_MAX_RESPONSE_DRAIN_SIZE and

Henri Verbeet 0170bb0e54 wined3d: Only invalidate valid state IDs in wined3d_cs_exec_reset_state(). 
Not every state ID between 0 and STATE_HIGHEST is valid; for example, there
are holes in the renderstate IDs. While invalidating these works fine,
attempting to subsequently apply them in e.g. context_apply_draw_state() ends
up calling state_undefined() and printing an ERR. This is especially visible
when running the d2d1 tests.
