Ziqing Hui 57b1b21a84 winex11.drv: Correct a full screen condition. 
The if condition here came from 47c54c4ae7,
which is to detect full screen window.

However, according to tests in previous commit, there is possibility
that a window without setting WS_CAPTION is not full screen, for example,
main window of Tencent WeChat. And windows like this can also be maximized
or restored. So that we can not treat WS_CAPTION as our full screen condition.

This fixes maximizing Tencent WeChat by dragging it to screen edge.

Rémi Bernon 60c7823dcb user32/tests: Add more GetKeyboardLayout(Name) tests. 
At least on recent Windows, the HKL values are a combination of user
selected UI language in the low word, and keyboard layout id in the high
word.

The keyboard layout id used in HKL is sometimes different from its name,
as returned by GetKeyboardLayoutName, in which case it's the "Layout Id"
value in the corresponding registry key under the layout name.

Giovanni Mascellani 4581f50819 advapi32/tests: Check that registry time zone records have a display name. 
While the display name is not a member of TIME_ZONE_INFORMATION, it is
still available in the registry. In English it corresponds to the
comments preceding groups of time zones in Unicode CLDR's
windowsZones.xml.

Anton Baskanov d7fecebe93 winegstreamer: Allow setting the stop position to the stream duration. 
Since we no longer stop the GStreamer pipeline, it does not reset the stop position for us. Fixes a hang during intro video playback in RC Cars.

Rémi Bernon 96f5968a65 ntdll: Clear the first ~1MB of stack in signal_start_thread. 
Instead of the whole stack.

Stack creation in virtual_alloc_thread_stack and RtlCreateUserStack, as
well as Windows rounding logic, enforce a minimum reserved size of 1MB.

There's a few guard and canary pages used on the bottom, plus a few more
on the top for initial context, and we have to keep a bit of space if we
ever need a stack while doing this, so we clear a bit less than 1MB to
be safe.

Liam Middlebrook 108e093f01 winevulkan: Explicitly define VK_NULL_HANDLE. 
This fixes a mismatch that occurred when the default type of VK_NULL_HANDLE and
VK_DEFINE_NON_DISPATCHABLE_HANDLE had changed in the upstream XML. Because WineVulkan overrides the
definition of VK_DEFINE_NON_DISPATCHABLE_HANDLE we must do the same for VK_NULL_HANDLE so that the
types match.

Jan Sikorski d71358f5e9 wined3d: Prevent buildup of retired buffer objects' memory. 
Submit current command buffer in wined3d_context_vk_get_command_buffer()
and return a new one if the total size of retired buffer objects on that
command buffer crosses a predefined threshold.

One way this issue may arise is when an application, by repeatedly doing
resource updates, does not trigger a flush of the command buffer and
accumulates transient staging buffers.

Zhiyi Zhang 3ebc715881 gdi32: Reselect font and pen when changing world transforms for enhanced metafiles. 
Reselect font and pen into enhanced metafile device contexts after world transform is changed so
that content can be drawn using the correct size. Also modifying the world transform for enhanced
metafiles doesn't generate EMR_SELECTOBJECT records according to winedump outputs.

Fix an issue that Tally may produce a print preview with a too large font or with a black side bar.
