Damjan Jovanovic 2b6458b757 shell32: Use a smaller range of shellview menu IDs in our IContextMenu functions. 
The shellview menu IDs are very large, eg. FCIDM_SHVIEW_OPEN is 0x7102,
while applications want menu IDs to fit into a small range, eg. 1-1000 for
Explorer++. This causes our IContextMenu_QueryContextMenu() functions to
leave out most menu options. We should rebase our shellview menu ids
by -0x7000 so they occupy a smaller range.

This gets both Explorer++ and Double Commander to show the correct
right-click menus.

Henri Verbeet ca03802a45 wined3d: Only read "*rect_count" when "rects" is non-NULL in wined3d_device_context_get_scissor_rects() (Valgrind). 
When "rects" is NULL, "*rect_count" is potentially uninitialised. That's
fairly benign because the resulting "count" value is inconsequential in that
case, but it's also unnecessary, and easy to avoid.

Henri Verbeet e7ebe3d8d2 d3d11/tests: Initialise "constant" in test_device_context_state() (Valgrind). 
We're mostly just using this to make sure the value we read back is that same
as the one we set, so in that sense the actual value is inconsequential.
Nevertheless, randomness is generally undesirable in the tests.

Zebediah Figura edd9ef9c27 ws2_32/tests: Move address lookup tests to protocol.c. 
sock.c is huge. This doesn't bother some people, but I find that it can be
harder to navigate and slower to compile. Splitting it is tricky, but I think
there's a pretty natural divide between functions that operate on sockets
(e.g. bind, listen, recv, getsockname) and functions that don't (e.g.
get*info, inet_*, get*by*, WSC*).

Zhiyi Zhang 2de05267d7 comctl32/theme_dialog: Pass the WM_SYSCOLORCHANGE message to the original dialog procedure. 
Even though themed dialog itself doesn't need to repaint after WM_SYSCOLORCHANGE is received,
WM_SYSCOLORCHANGE should be passed to the original dialog procedure DefDlgProcW(), which can then
forward WM_SYSCOLORCHANGE to its common controls and call COMCTL32_RefreshSysColors().

Fix wrong property sheet tab background color after winecfg disables theming.

Zhiyi Zhang 277daa7ea7 comctl32/theming: Register themed dialog and scrollbar even when theming is not active. 
So that we can turn on theming in runtime. Otherwise, themed dialog and scrollbar
are not enabled even if a theme is made active in winecfg if theming is disabled at start.

Ziqing Hui 57b1b21a84 winex11.drv: Correct a full screen condition. 
The if condition here came from 47c54c4ae7,
which is to detect full screen window.

However, according to tests in previous commit, there is possibility
that a window without setting WS_CAPTION is not full screen, for example,
main window of Tencent WeChat. And windows like this can also be maximized
or restored. So that we can not treat WS_CAPTION as our full screen condition.

This fixes maximizing Tencent WeChat by dragging it to screen edge.

Rémi Bernon 60c7823dcb user32/tests: Add more GetKeyboardLayout(Name) tests. 
At least on recent Windows, the HKL values are a combination of user
selected UI language in the low word, and keyboard layout id in the high
word.

The keyboard layout id used in HKL is sometimes different from its name,
as returned by GetKeyboardLayoutName, in which case it's the "Layout Id"
value in the corresponding registry key under the layout name.

Anton Baskanov d7fecebe93 winegstreamer: Allow setting the stop position to the stream duration.
