Georg Lehmann 9ca95e3265 winevulkan: Override VK_USE_64_BIT_PTR_DEFINES instead of handle definition. 
A bit simpler and more consistent because currently VK_USE_64_BIT_PTR_DEFINES
can be 1 but non dipatchable handles are always unit64_t.

Hugh McMaster daf95aaadf comctl32/listview: Initialize marqueeRect from left-click coordinates before starting a marquee highlight. 
The infoPtr->marqueeRect structure is not currently initialized before the
marquee highlight sequence starts, resulting in the RECT having initial
coordinates of (0,0)-(0,0). These coordinates cause the first item in
the listview control to be identified as being within the range of the
marqueeRect's coordinates.

That item is then set to LVIS_SELECTED even though it is not part of the
marquee selection.

Damjan Jovanovic 19379007e5 shell32: Fix pasting from the shellview context menu. 
Pasting from the shellview context menu is completely broken,
as the desktop folder's BindToObject() always fails since the CIDA
parent folder PIDL is an empty PIDL. The desktop shell folder
doesn't support the ISFHelper interface either. Rather bind to
each item's immediate parent, and copy each item individually.
Also try get error handling to work a little better.

Damjan Jovanovic 2b6458b757 shell32: Use a smaller range of shellview menu IDs in our IContextMenu functions. 
The shellview menu IDs are very large, eg. FCIDM_SHVIEW_OPEN is 0x7102,
while applications want menu IDs to fit into a small range, eg. 1-1000 for
Explorer++. This causes our IContextMenu_QueryContextMenu() functions to
leave out most menu options. We should rebase our shellview menu ids
by -0x7000 so they occupy a smaller range.

This gets both Explorer++ and Double Commander to show the correct
right-click menus.

changing IDs to start with it, and that it really honours

Henri Verbeet ca03802a45 wined3d: Only read "*rect_count" when "rects" is non-NULL in wined3d_device_context_get_scissor_rects() (Valgrind). 
When "rects" is NULL, "*rect_count" is potentially uninitialised. That's
fairly benign because the resulting "count" value is inconsequential in that
case, but it's also unnecessary, and easy to avoid.

Henri Verbeet e7ebe3d8d2 d3d11/tests: Initialise "constant" in test_device_context_state() (Valgrind). 
We're mostly just using this to make sure the value we read back is that same
as the one we set, so in that sense the actual value is inconsequential.
Nevertheless, randomness is generally undesirable in the tests.
