Jacek Caban d8c807ba98 win32u: Use KeUserModeCallback interface for CopyImage.

Eric Pouech 99c7818097 dbghelp: Introduce symt_find_symbol_at(). 
To be used in place of symt_find_nearest().
symt_find_symbol_at() ensures that the address passed is within the
boundaries of the returned symbol (while find_nearest() doesn't).

This fixes erroneous backtraces in debugger like:

Giovanni Mascellani b180775121 mfplat: Avoid a race condition when releasing a tracked sample. 
Right now, if the same tracked sample is released at the same time
from two different threads it might happen that neither of them calls
the callback, because they might go through the critical section at
the same time (while neither has decremented the reference count yet).

Rémi Bernon 29c67fb3ae mf/tests: Add tests changing the H264 decoder output video format. 
The h264data.bin source has been re-generated with a static pattern to
avoid differences between the nv12 and i420 frames. The output format
changes apparently drops some decoded frames in a way that's not really
relevant and may make the GStreamer implementation harder:

Zebediah Figura 27e84c2897 wined3d: Consider WINED3D_LOCATION_CLEARED to be a GPU location for GPU-accessible textures. 
When blitting from a staging texture in SYSMEM to an as-yet uninitialized GPU
texture, we want to avoid ever loading the source texture into TEXTURE_RGB, or
loading the destination texture into SYSMEM.

This isn't really a proper fix for the relevant tests; it just manages to avoid
the problematic code path.

This manages to fix test_yv12_overlay because it causes those blits to use the
upload path (whereas currently they go through the raw blitter, and before
1632b8e7a4 they would go through the CPU blitter), and
wined3d_texture_gl_upload_data() is one of the only functions to correctly
handle planar YUV formats.

Rémi Bernon ff74d5c244 server: Create message queue and thread input in set_key_state. 
This marks one test case as todo, but it was an outlier, and the 'X' key
state is now wrong in all cases. Overall this makes the tests results
