Lauri Kenttä 1d3b9448f6 user32: Fix caret disappearing after scrolling. 
The caret needs to be moved along with scrolling even if it's
outside the visible area. Otherwise, when the caret is scrolled
out from the view, the position won't get updated anymore and
the caret will never scroll back again.

The idea is based on the patch by André Hentschel.

Ken Thomases 7161df136f winemac: Keep floating windows in a higher window level than non-floating full-screen windows. 
When windows aren't full-screen, non-floating windows go in NSNormalWindowLevel
and floating ones go in NSFloatingWindowLevel, which is higher.  However, a
non-floating full-screen window will go into a level higher than either of
those.  The prior logic of the -adjustWindowLevels: method would keep the
floating windows at a window level at least that high.  They should actually
be in a strictly higher level.

Ken Thomases b5194d6f83 winemac: Set the parent of Cocoa views for child windows when they are created. 
This fixes an oversight in commit d91e56863.  Some of the views created for
Win32 child windows were being left out of any view hierarchy.  OpenGL contexts
attached to such child windows and views were not able to render to screen,
leaving blank areas.

Vincent Povirk 50185949d8 gdiplus: Create the FontFamily before checking for duplicates. 
Sometimes GdipCreateFontFamilyFromName stores a different name in the
GpFontFamily object, which breaks the duplicate check.

Alex Henrie 5c54963482 Revert "winegstreamer: Remove redundant null check before g_error_free.". 
This reverts commit 976ccb92ea.

This is what I get for not reading the documentation...if you call
g_error_free(NULL), it prints a nasty error message, which I am now
getting frequently.

Ken Thomases d684831f4a gdi32: Get the font URL directly from the descriptor on macOS 10.6 and later. 
It's significantly faster than the roundabout way that's necessary for
10.5, which is especially important for users with many fonts installed.
Issue identified by Andrew Eikum.

Henri Verbeet 4f3d390051 wined3d: Prefer shader backends that support both vertex and fragment shaders over ones that support only either. 
Apparently there exist some configurations that support both
ARB_vertex_program and ARB_vertex_shader, but only ARB_fragment_program
and not ARB_fragment_shader. Note that this would change the selected
backend for the Geforce 4 cards mentioned in the comment, but hopefully
the mentioned GLSL bug is no longer a concern.

Carlos Garnacho 64c27d62b5 winex11: Always use the client pointer for raw events. 
Use XI2's client pointer, it will be the master pointer affected by X
core calls, and even if it doesn't currently have relative X/Y
capabilities, it will gain those as soon as a slave device with such
capabilities is used.

Henri Verbeet d837b71557 gdi32: Add support for D3DDDIFMT_A4R4G4B4 and D3DDDIFMT_X4R4G4B4 to D3DKMTCreateDCFromMemory(). 
These are needed by wined3d to support DCs on WINED3DFMT_B4G4R4A4_UNORM and
WINED3DFMT_B4G4R4X4_UNORM textures, as required by the Microsoft Motocross
Madness demo. Note that these formats are not available on versions of Windows
newer than Vista, and as far as I'm aware the application doesn't work on
those versions. I don't expect exposing more formats to be an issue in
practice, but these could be hidden behind a version check if needed.
