Henri Verbeet 9d95637994 d3d8/tests: Port test_lockable_backbuffer() from d3d9.
Note that we use D3DLOCK_READONLY instead of D3DLOCK_DISCARD. The latter
doesn't appear to be valid for d3d8 backbuffers.

Henri Verbeet 3932b2f2a7 d3d8/tests: Properly check whether creating a device succeeded in test_flip().
Perhaps CreateDevice() should clear the pointer on failure, but that's not
documented behaviour, and Wine currently doesn't.
