Paul Gofman 749d5a577b wined3d: Bind default sampler object when setting sampler state with no texture. 
When sampler state was applied and no stage texture was present in
state, no glBindSampler was issued for the stage after dummy texture was
bound, and previously bound sampler was still active. This could result
in undefined behaviour, especially if previously bound sampler was a
shadow sample (this caused warnings from Nvidia driver).

Vincent Povirk b99c35c0e8 mscoree/tests: Check if the runtime is usable before loading it. 
Unfortunately, Mono calls exit(1) if it can't load its class libraries,
which is the way Wine fails on x86_64, meaning we have to spawn another
process to check if the runtime works.

Andrew Eikum 1245f8335c winepulse.drv: Buffer data locally when needed. 
PulseAudio doesn't make any buffer size guarantees. With some hardware
and some configurations, PulseAudio will fail to allocate the full
buffer requested by the application. So, we have to store the data
within winepulse until there is enough room in the PulseAudio buffer
to accept it.

Charles Davis 02416314ab winemac.drv: Actually make the GL context current even if no drawables were given. 
The spec for GL_ARB_framebuffer_object (and thus, OpenGL 3.x and up) is
quite clear on what happens when a context is made current with no
drawable(s). In fact, the WGL_ARB_create_context extension amends
WGL_ARB_make_current_read (as well as the base spec for wglMakeCurrent)
specifically to allow this.

Francois Gouget bd111803d2 shell32/tests: Only look for Explorer windows for the progman tests. 
In the Spanish locale the 'Startup' folder is called 'Inicio' which
matches another window. Closing that window causes the shutdown dialog
to pop up, resulting in a test timeout.

Ken Thomases e5c120893d winemac: Wrap performing requests from background threads in an autorelease pool. 
Cocoa manages an autorelease pool on the main thread, but it only drains it
when it processes an event.  Our requests come through a run loop source, which
doesn't count as an event.  So, autoreleased objects can accumulate when the
app is not being interacted with.
