The test succeeds on Windows with retail Direct3D 9, but fails
with debug Direct3D 9 if selected in DirectX SDK control panel:

triangle is not rendered.

rpcrt4: Reimplement rpcrt4_conn_np_wait_for_incoming_data() using asynchronous read with zero sized buffer.

The problem with NtFsControlFile(FSCTL_PIPE_PEEK) is that it happily returns
STATUS_SUCCESS with 0 bytes of data available. That makes the client think
that the server already sent a reply and try to read the reply data, which
hangs. A solution to this is call NtReadFile() with zero sized buffer, which
has correct behaviour: just waits for incoming data to appear without mangling
the data in the pipe.

Some games are checking the hid product string of connected gamepads in
order to decide whether or not to activate rumble.
Wine usually delegates these queries to the backend driver, but they
don't always report the same product strings as on Windows. This will
allow to override backend strings with the actual strings as reported
by native drivers.

winebus.sys: Use the SDL joystick index as device id instead of instance id.

Some games are using the HID device id as the gamepad index for xinput
API. When hotplugging devices, SDL increases its instance id and it

If a window with an OpenGL surface attached is reparented as a child window,
and then reparented as a top-level window, so that its whole window is
destroyed and then recreated, it will be recreated with the colormap of its
child window, which more than likely has a different visual. This violates
the X11 specification, which states that a window's colormap must have the
same visual as the window itself, and causes the X server to return BadMatch
to the CreateWindow request.

winex11.drv: Destroy old clipping message window if it has been replaced.

When the same thread repeatedly calls ClipCursor, a message window is
created for every call, then stored in x11drv_thread_data->clip_hwnd.
The WM_X11DRV_CLIP_CURSOR notification is then sent to the desktop
window, then to the previous clipping thread in order for it to destroy
its clip_hwnd. But as the clipping thread is the same, and because
x11drv_thread_data->clip_hwnd has been overwritten, it does not satisfy
the "hwnd == data->clip_hwnd" condition and the window leaked.

To simplify the amount of special cases both in ParseScriptText and
ParseProcedureText, add a new pseudo statement and opcode to return the
expression and value at the top of the stack, respectively. Script texts
that have this flag will be parsed specially as a single expression with
such a statement at the end.

rpcrt4: Implement NdrAsyncServerCall.

Based on NdrStubCall2 and NdrAsyncClientCall implementations.
In order to test asynchronous RPC I used dlls/rpcrt4/tests/server.c as a base,
converted int_return() and sum() to use asynchronous RPC on both client and
server sides (server.idl doesn't need any changes), and added server.acf:
interface IServer
{
[async] int_return();
[async] sum();
}
With this implementation these tests pass under Wine. Since widl doesn't
support asynchronous RPC it's impossible to add appropriate Wine tests.

There's not any reason to do this here; this should be handled with state
change transitions. Since the pipeline is in the ready state, the only
effect this will have is push_data() trying to run and failing since the
