Nikolay Sivov c7ba8b7aa4 sxs: Query context that contains the GUID in SxsLookupClrGuid(). 
This restores pre-2cfc85dc55d403a7fcb885a62bb28f8d73498c2d logic;
activation/deactivation still happens, and user context in this case is
returned from FindActCtxSectionGuid().

Zebediah Figura 251262a44a Revert "winegstreamer: Avoid performing color matrix conversions in videoconvert.". 
This reverts commit fd25ba65e0.

The relevant commit breaks visual correctness in many applications, for the sake
of performance. As such I am rather inclined to revert it for 6.0, especially as
a full solution will probably involve a revert of this patch along with upstream
changes to GStreamer.

Arkadiusz Hiler b4abe3889f user32: Fix WM_DEVICECHANGE handling. 
WM_DEVICECHANGE's lParam can be either a pointer to a variant of
DEV_BROADCAST_HDR or an immediate value (usually 0) depending on
the wParam's value.

This fixes a crash when broadcasting WM_DEVICECHANGE with
wParam = DBT_DEVNODES_CHANGED, lParam = 0.

Gabriel Ivăncescu 9ef55abc9f iphlpapi: Fix adjusting data pointer after an ICMP reply. 
The code above it already sets endbuf to the beginning of the last data
added. On a new reply, endbuf is decremented to make space for the new
data. There's no reason to adjust it again for the old data after it has
already been set.

Gabriel Ivăncescu 688fe7068c winex11.drv: Always enable minimize/maximize functions for minimized windows. 
A window without a minimize or maximize box can still be programmatically
minimized by the Windows API. However, some WMs will refuse to change the
state and not allow it to be maximized again, despite it being minimized,
due to lacking those functions, thus not sending WM_STATE change notifications
when clicking the minimized window on the taskbar.

Heroes of Might and Magic V does this, for example, when losing focus. It
minimizes itself. When maximizing it by clicking on the taskbar it won't
send a WM_STATE change notification (since it was never changed) and fail
to maximize properly, showing a black screen (the game will still think it
is minimized).

Rémi Bernon 3c0137f81e gdi32: Load registry fonts after system fonts. 
This fixes an issue when, if an external font path was modified in the
Windows key, it was then not considered as external anymore, but still
present in the external key, and then dropped from both on update.

This now forcefully updates the font path in both keys if needed.

Henri Verbeet a7c320d184 wined3d: Use command buffer IDs for synchronisation in wined3d_buffer_gl_sync_apple(). 
Analogous to the Vulkan adapter. This is slightly awkward in OpenGL
because it doesn't have explicit command buffers like Vulkan, but
calling wined3d_context_gl_submit_command_fence() on swapchain present
works well enough in practice. The main advantage of this approach is that it
avoids using a separate fence for each usage of each bo.
