Józef Kucia 9128ec0bce wined3d: Extend wined3d_check_device_format() to allow querying general format support.
For D3D10+.

When WINED3D_RTYPE_NONE is passed the wined3d_check_device_format()
function checks if a format is supported for all reasonable resource
types for a given usage. For now render target and depth stencil support
can be queried using this method.

Henri Verbeet 01092d645f wined3d: Just fail if looking up the guessed GPU info fails in wined3d_adapter_init_gl_caps().
This should never happen. Note that the previous code would return a GPU with
64 TiB of VRAM.

Instead, chain the blitters themselves. This also fixes the issue that
currently only a single blitter can store extra data in the "blit_priv" field

Henri Verbeet 8c98be4791 wined3d: Allow all formats with "glInternal" set in CheckSurfaceCapability().
Rendertarget, depth/stencil and texturing restrictions are applied later in
wined3d_check_device_format(), so to the extent this make a difference it
mostly affects off-screen plain surfaces. Note that if the blitter check were
to be implemented properly it would practically always return TRUE as well,
because of the CPU based blitter.

Józef Kucia b3a7d3adaa wined3d: Allocate texture binding set for compute pipeline.
It seems that a majority of OpenGL implementations allow to statically
partition texture bindings. For other implementations we are going to
invalidate graphics pipeline texture bindings when appplying compute
pipeline texture bindings, and vice versa.
