Gabriel Ivăncescu 4e633f9244 shell32/iconcache: Prevent the imagelists from going out of sync when loading an icon. 
When populating the imagelists cache with icons of different sizes, it
can happen that only some icon sizes actually succeed the extraction,
with others failing with a NULL handle. This is especially true with some
broken "executable packers" where for example, a 32x32 icon loads okay,
but a 16x16 fails. Even when PrivateExtractIconsW succeeds, the returned
handle can still be NULL, leading to the ImageLists becoming out of sync.

Akihiro Sagawa 11ab9ff7b3 gdi32: Try Fontconfig substitutions when the font face is missing. 
This improves font selection. With this patch, we can choose a decent
font family by Fontconfig.

Otherwise, Wine chooses some fonts based on supported charset, e.g. Droid
Sans Fallback. Droid Sans Fallback supports various scripts including
Japanese. However, as it's a fallback font, it doesn't have Latin alphabet
glyphs. If the font is chosen, typically Japanese Ubuntu environment, users
see a lot of squares instead of Latin alphabets.

This patch asks Fontconfig for the best font for the current locale. If the
font is returned and matches requested charset, the font is used. If failure,
it fallbacks to existing procedure.

An autocomplete object can be destroyed and detached from the edit control and
still survive, if there are still references to it (even though it's useless).

Brendan McGrath 8cd569cf26 ntdll: Use 32bit when COM header marks it required.

Brendan McGrath 256ca317a2 msi: Set stale function pointers to NULL. 
A crash occurs during install of dotnet35 on a 64-bit prefix

Józef Kucia 60d9211f0f wined3d: Fix mapping of SV_VertexID to gl_VertexID. 
Based on a patch by Andrew Wesie.

In Direct3D, SV_VertexID generally starts from zero. In OpenGL,
gl_VertexID starts from "first" parameter passed to glDrawArrays(), or
from "baseVertex" parameter for indexed draw calls.  The
GL_ARB_shader_draw_parameters extension doesn't help us much because
gl_BaseVertexARB is zero for non-indexed draw calls [1]. If
gl_BaseVertexARB would be equal to "first" for non-indexed draw calls,
we could simply use gl_VertexID - gl_BaseVertexARB.

After this commit, SV_VertexID is still wrong for indirect draw calls
because we cannot easily access the "first" field from struct
DrawArraysIndirectCommand in a vertex shader.

[1] - The ARB_shader_draw_parameters spec says that "In the case where
the command has no <baseVertex> parameter, the value of
<gl_BaseVertexARB> is zero."

Józef Kucia 85d4482ccb wined3d: Implement WINED3D_QUERY_TYPE_SO_STATISTICS. 
The WINED3D_QUERY_TYPE_SO_STATISTICS query type is just
WINED3D_QUERY_TYPE_SO_STATISTICS_STREAM0, but it is supported on feature
level 10.
