Jan Sikorski 9a799898a1 wined3d: Avoid waiting for a command buffer to finish executing to read off its queries. 
Some games wait for query results on the frame executing the query,
expecting that enough time have passed for it to be available. By
requiring that the entire command buffer is done, we risk stalling the
whole frame if it wasn't flushed along the way. This patch drops this
requirement.

Mainly, we need to ensure that we don't call vkGetQueryPoolResults()
before the reset command is executed, and accidentally retrieve result
from previous usage. Using host query reset doesn't quite solve the
problem, as it might get called too early, if the application decides to
reuse a query without waiting for results. Besides, we want to support
devices where host query reset is not available.

To make it work, when a Vulkan query is no longer needed, we queue it
for resetting at command buffer submission time, and only mark it free
for reuse after this command buffer is finished executing.

Zhiyi Zhang 03e7ad417d light.msstyles: Fill checkbox background with white pixels. 
Some window procedures don't actually erase background when WM_ERASEBKGND is received. So when drawing
transparent buttons on such windows, there may be left over content from buttons of different states.
This commit adds a white background to all the button parts that shouldn't be transparent.

Themed scroll bar width and height are 17 pixels on XP. Fix that Light theme scroll bar arrow glyphs look off by 1
pixel. The combo button glyphs also have to be moved by 1 pixel because it was designed against the old scroll bar
arrow button width and height.

Scroll bar arrow button background within its sizing margins is all white, using stretch instead of
tile has no visual difference and is more efficient. On Windows, stretch sizing type is also used
for this part.

Jinoh Kang dea1499ac0 server: Replace redundant recv_socket status fields with force_async boolean field. 
The 'status' field of recv_socket_request is always either
STATUS_PENDING or STATUS_DEVICE_NOT_READY, and the 'total' field is
always zero.

Replace the 'status' field with 'force_async' boolean field, and get rid
of the 'total' field entirely.

Also, clean up the recv_socket handler code a bit.

Zebediah Figura d9e8f4b458 wined3d: Call wined3d_context_unmap_bo_address() when updating a buffer BO. 
That is, don't just flush it, but unmap it as well.

As of d8e8ab21c0, we can get here even when
!wined3d_map_persistent(). Thus we currently end up leaving BOs mapped when
performing an accelerated DISCARD map. Try to avoid that.

Zebediah Figura 28285f1e76 wined3d: Set resource->client.addr in buffer_resource_sub_resource_map() only if persistently mapping. 
Be consistent with wined3d_cs_map_upload_bo(). This may change in the future,
but for now we depend on this logic in the Vulkan backend.

This fixes test_dynamic_map_synchronization() on 32-bit architectures with the
Vulkan backend, which is currently broken because we try to perform accelerated
NOOVERWRITE maps while unmapping the same BOs.

On XP, when a pushlike checkbox or radio button is checked and hovered,
PBS_HOT is used. In later versions of Windows, PBS_PRESSED is used. This

behavior because it seems more intuitive.

Alex Henrie 4dcc7a5ae8 shell32/tests: Wait for window to close in check_window_exists. 
This fixes a race condition where the directory is deleted before the
window closes, which causes an error dialog to appear.

Cutting the number of iterations per wait loop in half is necessary so
that doubling the number of wait loops does not result in a timeout when
new tests are added.

is used for filling background, even painting over the content from DrawThemeParentBackground().

Rémi Bernon fb9237cf34 user32/tests: Move test_mdi early in the test list. 
The test gets spurious GetScrollInfo SB_HORZ failures if some other
windows were created before using CW_USEDEFAULT positions, for instance
the window from test_capture_4.

This happened on some Win10 VMs, and was thought to be fixed with
9b5346df86bf1a85336ed03a67a630970ce08e9f, but it then broke the test on
some other VMs. This is hopefully a better fix, and it reverts the
previous one too.

Bastien Orivel d6ea38f32d ws2_32: Fix setsockopt(TCP_NODELAY) when optlen is less than 4. 
According to MSDN [1], the `TCP_NODELAY` parameter should be of type
`BOOL` which is 4 bytes. Due to a bug [2] in rustc passing a byte
instead of an int, any program written in rust that tries to set that
option on a socket will fail with a "Invalid parameter supplied" error.

Turns out that setsockopt on linux does not want optlen to be less than
4 bytes [3].

Windows' behavior is the following:
- For optlen <= 0, return SOCKET_ERROR and set last error to WSAEFAULT
- For optlen > 0, ignore the optlen value and set the TCP_NODELAY value
  to one if the first byte of the given optvalue is not 0.

This will fix any rust program using the hyper library to do HTTP
requests.
