Dmitry Timoshkov 4b525aa0a4 oleaut32/tests: Fix the IPicture::Render() usage. 
When one specifies the target rectangle (0, 0, width, -height)
IPicture::Render() places the origin at 0,0 and flips the image
vertically. This means that in order to paint an icon on the DC
it's necessary to specify the rectangle (0, height, width, -height),
i.e. place the origin at 0,height. I've written a test app that
verifies this behaviour, ufortunately I don't see a way to add
a Wine test case for this.

The test currently works by chance under Windows because in case
of (0, 0, width, -height) IPicture::Render() draws black rectangle
instead of an icon at (0, 0, width, height). If Wine intends to
replicate this behaviour it should be fixed by a separate patch.

Root certificates don't have CRL Distribution Point or Authority Info Access field.
Don't report error with CERT_CHAIN_REVOCATION_CHECK_CHAIN in CertGetCertificateChain()
because of this.

Zebediah Figura 51ad009bac msi: Don't assume that WoW64 redirection is enabled in custom_start_server(). 
As of 3a884c2ef the server is started on the main thread, so this is no
longer a valid assumption. In particular, we disable WoW64 redirection while
running standard actions, including the top-level INSTALL action.

Akihiro Sagawa b735a42f1c dinput/tests: Peek messages for the target window only. 
This fixes "keyboard.c:365: Tests skipped: failed to queue keyboard event"
message on my Win10 PC (real hardware).
Since some thread messages and window messages, including IME related,
are observed on the thread, they sometimes confuse the message handler.

Zebediah Figura 3a884c2ef7 msi: Don't start the custom action server inside of custom_client_thread(). 
Asynchronous custom actions don't wait for custom_client_thread() to
terminate, so it's possible for two consecutive actions to both try to start
the server at once, causing failures when the second action e.g. receives
ERROR_PIPE_BUSY from CreateNamedPipe().

Zebediah Figura 86d26dded5 setupapi: Merge the InterfaceInfo and InterfaceInstances structs. 
It seems the original motivation for separating these was to facilitate easy
enumeration of specific classes using SetupDiEnumDeviceInterfaces(), but it
makes other things unnecessarily complex [including an eventual
implementation of SetupDiRemoveDeviceInterface()] and the implementation
provided here seems quite simple enough.

Kai Krakow d744f367d2 winebus.sys: Do not print HID report read errors. 
Device reports may come in faster than our consumers could possibly read
them, this is especially true for multi-axis events: When you move a
stick across its range, it will always generate at least two events, one
for the x axis, and one for the y axis. This is not really an error
situation, so let's just discard the error message.

Henri Verbeet 2e39f0141e d3d11/tests: Run the tests in parallel. 
It's hard enough for a single CPU core to keep a modern GPU busy in the
optimal case, but with typical batch sizes of 4 vertices and trivial shaders,
our tests are extremely CPU bound. With 8+-core CPU's being generally
available, there's a lot to be gained. Generally speaking, not all tests can
be run in parallel; tests that touch global state, like e.g. the display mode,
can't. Fortunately, none of the d3d11 tests currently do that.

Unfortunately, this currently doesn't help quite as much on Wine as it does on
Windows. The big wined3d lock prevents a lot of parallelism, even though the
tests use separate Direct3D devices. In the specific case of these tests,
simply disabling the lock is safe, and shows how much could be gained by
simply pushing the lock down a layer to the device.
