Zebediah Figura b39bbeb9e0 winegstreamer: Rename gstdemux_source to parser_source. 
"gstdemux" is not a very specific name, or accurate (it does not always demux,
nor is it the only object which may demux using GStreamer). Also, while it
does not risk colliding with GStreamer definitions as-is (lacking an
underscore), I am inclined to avoid using "gst" or "gstreamer" as a prefix for
our definitions, simply for the sake of clarity.

"parser" is the common term for both DirectShow filters and GStreamer elements
which "drive" the pipeline, i.e. explicitly pull data from upstream and push
data downstream. While it's arguably still not specific enough (i.e. should be
specifically identified as a DirectShow parser), I think that the differing
terminology in Media Foundation (where the counterpart is a "media source")
makes the choice of a shorter name justifiable.

Zhiyi Zhang 798137dbf6 winex11.drv: Check that there are connected outputs before using XRandR 1.4. 
On headless systems, Wine can still run through a VNC connection even though no outputs are
connected. Fallback to using the Xinerama display device handler in this case to report at least
one monitor.

Damjan Jovanovic 47d50bbbc2 ws2_32: Deal with getaddrinfo() returning NULL ai_canonname despite AI_CANONNAME. 
This fixes a wineboot crash on FreeBSD, where getaddrinfo() returns a NULL
ai_canonname, causing wineboot to pass NULL to strchr().

Paul Gofman 8b8ddffa21 ntdll: Preserve syscall frame when calling async IO system APC. 
The frame can currently be reset from ws2_32.dll async IO callbacks
which are still in the user part and are calling 'syscall' functions.
If the user APC is processed after that during the same call to
server_select(), the call_user_apc_dispatcher() faults.

Henri Verbeet 46c7f66cf3 wined3d: Compare requested memory types in wined3d_bo_slab_vk_compare(). 
Instead of comparing the requested memory type against what we actually got.
For example, we may have gotten coherent memory without having explicitly
requested it, in which case wined3d_context_vk_create_slab_bo() would fail to
find an existing slab to allocate from.

Zebediah Figura 251262a44a Revert "winegstreamer: Avoid performing color matrix conversions in videoconvert.". 
This reverts commit fd25ba65e0.

The relevant commit breaks visual correctness in many applications, for the sake
of performance. As such I am rather inclined to revert it for 6.0, especially as
a full solution will probably involve a revert of this patch along with upstream
changes to GStreamer.

Arkadiusz Hiler b4abe3889f user32: Fix WM_DEVICECHANGE handling. 
WM_DEVICECHANGE's lParam can be either a pointer to a variant of
DEV_BROADCAST_HDR or an immediate value (usually 0) depending on
the wParam's value.

This fixes a crash when broadcasting WM_DEVICECHANGE with
wParam = DBT_DEVNODES_CHANGED, lParam = 0.
