Ziqing Hui 14c2874700 user32/tests: Test creating shared icon by CreateIconFromResourceEx(). 
The tests show that shared icon created by CreateIconFromResourceEx()
won't be destroyed by DestroyIcon(). However, a second call to it for the
same icon bits will return a different handle.

Francois Gouget 652d94d34b kernel32: Store the ILANGUAGE values in uppercase. 
Some APIs (e.g. GetSystemPreferredUILanguages()) return them as a string
so the case should match the one used by Windows in case developers used
case sensitive string comparisons (e.g. as in advapi32:lsa)

Zhiyi Zhang 9c9274990e uxtheme: Do not hook DefDlgProc() for theming. 
Currently there is no need to hook DefDlgProc(). Tests show that dialog theming shouldn't be
implemented in DefDlgProc().

Also fix a double free bug because WM_DESTROY in UXTHEME_DefDlgProc() calls CloseThemeData() even
when the theme handle is not opened when handling WM_CREATE in UXTHEME_DefDlgProc(). The bug can
be demonstrated by running comctl32/tests/propsheet.c tests with Light theme.

Zhiyi Zhang ee1b19aa16 comctl32/tests: Test WM_CTLCOLORSTATIC for themed property sheets. 
These tests show that it's the themed property sheet page window procedure that sets device contexts
transparent and return a pattern brush created from the tab body part in a theme. Combined with
test_WM_CTLCOLORSTATIC() in dlls/comctl32/tests/static.c, we can conclude that UXTHEME_DefDlgProc()
shouldn't handle WM_CTLCOLORSTATIC.

Florian Will 835dfaab02 dsound: Skip resampling/mixing inaudible buffers. 
In some situations, "ZUSI 3" has a lot of secondary buffers in the
PLAYING state, but most of these buffers have a really low volume, so
these buffers are multiplied by 0 before mixing (and possibly after
resampling). There can be hundreds of inaudible buffers at the same
time.

In these situations, the dsound mixthread is unable to mix fast enough,
resulting in sound stuttering and generally poor performance.

To resolve this performance issue, skip the mixing (and possibly
resampling) step for all inaudible secondary buffers.

Torge Matthies e1130d240e windowscodecs: Disable libpng chunk size limit. 
Reading a PNG file with libpng with a chunk bigger than the 8 MiB
default chunk size limit set by libpng results in a libpng error, e.g.
"iTXt: chunk data is too large" for a too big iTXt chunk.

Fix this by disabling the chunk size limit.

Huw Davies 92f7c86f68 winecoreaudio: Move the midi input event processing to the unixlib. 
Notifications of incoming data are now directly added to a notify
ring-buffer by macOS's midi read callback.  The ring-buffer is
implemented with an unused sentinel directly before the read ptr to
distinguish between the full vs empty state.  Notifications are
processed by the client's notify thread via the midi_notify_wait
syscall.

Note that the read callback thread is not a Win32 thread, so the
Win32 api cannot be used in anything that it calls.

Huw Davies 06bb1bdb14 winecoreaudio: Introduce a notification thread. 
Currently the thread just blocks until told to quit by midi_release.
Eventually, this thread will dispatch the MIM_DATA and MIM_LONGDATA
notifications and essentially replace the existing RunLoop-based
mechanism.

Huw Davies 3b043e72b5 winecoreaudio: Introduce a helper to retrieve the time. 
The motivation is that this will need to be called from a
non-Win32 thread and so shouldn't use the Win32 API.  An
added benefit is that it will eliminate the 16ms jitter
associated with GetTickCount().

The instance of the helper on the user-side is temporary.

Zhiyi Zhang bcbe1bcff3 uxtheme: Use StretchBlt() when resizing a source image for tiling. 
For example, when a theme part has a source image with 0xff00ff as transparent pixels and the sizing
margin is larger than the destination, the source image is first resized to fit the destination,
during which, StretchBlt() should be used instead of TransparentBlt() because the image should not
be blended with the temporary memory device context.

Fix group box background may be drawn in black.
