dsound: Skip resampling/mixing inaudible buffers.
...
In some situations, "ZUSI 3" has a lot of secondary buffers in the
PLAYING state, but most of these buffers have a really low volume, so
these buffers are multiplied by 0 before mixing (and possibly after
resampling). There can be hundreds of inaudible buffers at the same
time.
In these situations, the dsound mixthread is unable to mix fast enough,
resulting in sound stuttering and generally poor performance.
To resolve this performance issue, skip the mixing (and possibly
resampling) step for all inaudible secondary buffers.

Reading a PNG file with libpng with a chunk bigger than the 8 MiB
default chunk size limit set by libpng results in a libpng error, e.g.
"iTXt: chunk data is too large" for a too big iTXt chunk.
Fix this by disabling the chunk size limit.

winecoreaudio: Move the midi input event processing to the unixlib.

Notifications of incoming data are now directly added to a notify
ring-buffer by macOS's midi read callback. The ring-buffer is
implemented with an unused sentinel directly before the read ptr to
distinguish between the full vs empty state. Notifications are
processed by the client's notify thread via the midi_notify_wait
syscall.
Note that the read callback thread is not a Win32 thread, so the
Win32 api cannot be used in anything that it calls.

The motivation is that this will need to be called from a
non-Win32 thread and so shouldn't use the Win32 API. An
added benefit is that it will eliminate the 16ms jitter
associated with GetTickCount().
The instance of the helper on the user-side is temporary.

For example, when a theme part has a source image with 0xff00ff as transparent pixels and the sizing
margin is larger than the destination, the source image is first resized to fit the destination,
during which, StretchBlt() should be used instead of TransparentBlt() because the image should not

winecoreaudio: Temporarily move MIDIOut_Send() to audiounit.c.

This is to enable coremidi.c to become the unixlib, while still
enabling code on the user-side to be able to call MIDIOut_Send() for
the time being. Eventually, its equivalent will move to the unixlib
and audiounit.c will disappear.

win32u: Only retrieve the dc size if needed.

SetMapMode(.., MM_TEXT) is called a lot in common gdiplus use cases via
gdi_transform_acquire(). Querying the size and resolution can be
expensive, so skip it when its not needed.
When running the "ZusiDisplay" ET423 diagnostic display, which uses
gdiplus heavily, this change increases the "indicator blinking speed"
from 0.6 per second to 1 per second and probably hits the FPS limit now.
Also, CPU usage of the ZusiDisplay.exe process goes down from ~75% to
~42% of one core according to "top", and wineserver CPU usage goes down
from ~48% to ~3%.
