Stefan Dösinger 460f71dcf8 d3d: Fix ProcessVertices.
IDirect3DDevice9::ProcessVertices takes a vertex declaration, not a
vertex buffer. The source for ProcessVertices is taken from the
stateblock, not the vertex declaration.
