Markus Amsler 0bff261cfa Revert "d3d: Fix partially applied patch: Remove AddRef from GetDirect3D.".
Removing COM in d3d is not feasible as long as we use inheritance. So
stick to the COM refcount rules.
This reverts commit 3fd8fe089c.
