Rémi Bernon 29fae9a776 dinput: Introduce new dinput_device_internal_unacquire helper. 
And use it from within the internal hook critical section, to unacquire
the device and remove it from the acquired device list directly.

Otherwise we may later write the cancelled status to invalid memory.

Also use a manual-reset event, as it should be for overlapped I/O, so

Rémi Bernon ebc70f78fb xinput1_3: Register for device notifications to update controller list. 
Based on a patch from Andrew Eikum <aeikum@codeweavers.com>.

Dark Souls Remasters checks for xinput devices when it receives a
WM_DEVICECHANGE message. We would only poll for new devices if it had
been at least 2 seconds since the last check. So often, DS would receive
the message, but we would refuse to poll for devices, so the game would
think no controller was present.

This commit fixes that by also subscribing to event notifications and
triggering a poll.

Huw Davies 7156d2b1e4 iphlpapi: Implement IcmpSendEcho2Ex() using nsiproxy. 
This results in a small change in behaviour reflected by the change to
the tests: previously IcmpCreateFile() would fail if neither a
SOCK_RAW nor a SOCK_DGRAM socket were available.  With this patch, that
failure is delayed until IcmpSendEcho2Ex().  There's no evidence that
the original behaviour matches Windows; it's likely the tests were
written this way to match Wine's implementation.  If there does turn
out to be an app that depends on the old behaviour, it would be
possible to send an ioctl during IcmpCreateFile() to probe for this.

If we have clip control, viewport_miscpart_cc applies both the half pixel
offset and the filling convention nudge. We always have integer pixel centers

Huw Davies 43cd5d8a2d winebus.sys: Convert the product strings to Unicode on the Unix-side. 
This avoids keeping two copies of each string.

It also fixes a regression on macOS from commit 9d4b70473c
that incorrectly treated a CFStringRef as a char ptr.

Rémi Bernon 60ef452922 hidclass.sys: Move product string overrides from winexinput.sys. 
Some games expect the DS4 gamepads to be named like native drivers, and
they aren't detected xinput-compatible when access through hidraw, so
it's not possible to override their product string in winexinput.sys.
