Chip Davis 5cf64084fb winemac.drv: Also stop dragging if we receive a mouse up event. 
We rely on AppKit-internal events to know when a window is being
dragged. In Catalina, AppKit stopped sending the "drag ended" event when
no drag actually took place, though it still sends "drag started" events
when the title bar is clicked. Ironically, this caused us to think the
window was still being dragged. In that case, waiting for the mouse
button to come back up should allow us to determine when the drag should
end.

Zebediah Figura 7a0d963df3 winegstreamer: Don't hold the filter lock from the pad-added or pad-removed callbacks. 
These may be called from the streaming thread, so it's not safe to do so.

Nor does it seem necessary. We expect that no streaming thread should ever
call methods on our pad or pin, and as long as we hold the filter lock and
wait for the no-more-pads signal when connecting or starting the stream, we
cannot race with application threads.

Zebediah Figura bdc09fb8b4 winegstreamer/gsttffilter: Don't drop the streaming lock in Gstreamer_transform_ProcessEnd(). 
This sort of reverts 096da45036. The deadlock
mentioned there is not spelled out in detail, but likely results from the
streaming thread trying to acquire the filter lock while a main thread which
is holding the filter lock waits for the streaming thread to finish. However,
DirectShow documentation (and manual testing) suggests that the correct way
to avoid this problem is simply to never take the filter lock from the
streaming thread. Since we currently don't do this anymore, it should be safe
to reinstate this lock.

Zebediah Figura 63a6b308e9 quartz/dsoundrender: Delegate IReferenceClock to the system clock. 
For several reasons.

Firstly, the reference clock should still function when the filter is not
running.

Secondly, IDirectSoundBuffer::GetPositions() in practice returns very coarse
positions, both on Windows and on Wine. On my hardware, the resolution is
about 10ms, which, while suitable for the DirectSound renderer and probably
also any video renderers, is nevertheless actually coarser than
GetTickCount().

Thirdly, testing supports that the native DirectSound renderer returns a
timestamp from IReferenceClock::GetTime() that is more accurate than
IDirectSoundBuffer::GetPositions(). In fact, after dumping a large number of
different clock sources, I came to the conclusion that it is probably using
timeGetTime() as a source. On Wine that's identical to GetTickCount(), so we
may as well just delegate directly to the system clock.

Chip Davis 289d456dd6 ntdll: Fix tick count calculation on Mac. 
Inspired by a patch by Andrew Eikum.

macOS's mach_absolute_time() stops counting when the computer goes to
sleep/suspend/hibernate/etc. However, Windows's GetTickCount() does not
stop counting. mach_continuous_time() matches Windows's behavior.

BSD's CLOCK_MONOTONIC already counts asleep time.

Unfortunately, there is no clock source on Linux which does exactly what
we want. CLOCK_MONOTONIC_RAW is unaffected by NTP adjustment, but like
mach_absolute_time() doesn't keep ticking when the computer is asleep.
CLOCK_BOOTTIME does keep ticking, but it is affected by NTP adjustments.
CLOCK_MONOTONIC has both problems. What's needed is a
CLOCK_BOOTTIME_RAW, which would not be slewed by adjtimex(2) and would
count time spent asleep.

To avoid issues with skew and performance, this patch falls back to
mach_absolute_time() on macOS if mach_continuous_time() is unavailable.
Note that mach_continuous_time() was introduced in macOS 10.12, meaning
that if the minimum version required is less than that, it will be
linked weakly. Therefore we must check that it is nonnull before
attempting to call it.

John Chadwick 578d26f826 winex11/wintab: Fix values for lcSys* and lcOut*. 
Testing using the Wacom wintab32 (from driver version 6.3.37-3) on
Windows 10, it appears that the values for lcOut* were likely
accidentally mixed up with the values for lcSys*. The lcSys* values are,
according to the documentation, supposed to specify the extent of the
screen mapping area for the cursor, wheras lcOut* simply specifies the
output coordinate space for the given context. There is no logical
reason I'm aware of for why lcOut* would have different default values
from lcIn*, and in testing Wacom wintab32 defaults lcOut* to match
lcIn*.

In addition, lcSysExt* should use SM_C*VIRTUALSCREEN instead of
SM_C*SCREEN, to handle multi-monitor setups properly. Setting lcSysExt*
to these values works even if the tablet is mapped to a subset of this
area.

After this change, PaintTool SAI 2 appears to work out of the box. Other
wintab clients I tested appear to be unaffected (such as the Wintab SDK
demos and Adobe Photoshop CS2.)
