Alexandre Julliard f3831cf2cb configure: Rename the 64-bit loader to wine64 and keep wine always for the 32-bit loader.

Make the error message about unexpected '#ifdef HAVE_XXX' clearer.
Protect sys/stat.h #includes with the corresponding '#ifdef HAVE_XXX'
