Update German translation
...
Taken from https://github.com/arch1t3cht/Aegisub/pull/52
where applicable, with some fixes and changes of my own.
Still missing the few manual comments as well as the
translations for strings that aren't part of the pot
file yet:
- The window commands (minimizing, maximizing, bringing to front, etc),
that are shown on Mac
- The aegisub.desktop file
- The default_menu.json file
