Brendan Shanks 940c3b4896 d2d1: Only create shader resource views for drawable bitmaps.
The underlying resource for bitmaps created with
D2D1_BITMAP_OPTIONS_CANNOT_DRAW doesn't necessarily have
D3D10_BIND_SHADER_RESOURCE in its bind flags.
