Ziqing Hui 87ddb4ba37 windowscodecs/tests: Fix tests for CopyBlocks. 
Using strncmp() to compare pixel data buffer leads to incorrect tests.
Also, we should clear the pixel data buffer before editing and comparing them.

Zhiyi Zhang 715a04daab winex11.drv: Support full screen windows on non-primary monitors. 
A window can be maximized or full screen on non-primary monitors. In this
case we need to add _NET_WM_STATE_MAXIMIZED or _NET_WM_STATE_FULLSCREEN
hint to the window so that they can be handled correctly by window managers.
For example, a full screen window on the secondary monitor needs
_NET_WM_STATE_FULLSCREEN so that window managers prevent panels from obscuring it.

Zhiyi Zhang c5ec1585f6 winex11.drv: Always update _NET_WM_STATE in update_net_wm_states(). 
KWin treats a window covering exactly the whole monitor as maximized
when handling its first map request and expects applications to update
maximized state later. Wine doesn't know about this added maximized
state and expect it unchanged, making the window always maximized
as far as KWin is concerned. So always send _NET_WM_STATE updates
even if Wine doesn't expect changes to hint KWin that a window should
not be maximized.

Fix test failures when running the tests introduced by
36b720357b with KWin.

The error object has to be separate from the control, as it can be referenced
while the control is released. It is also available even without a script
host, and in fact the same object will be used (same address) when a host
is instantiated.

Arkadiusz Hiler 9012096b47 Revert "ntdll/tests: Add test to check if GetTickCount is updated after sleeping.". 
This reverts commit 4617f83fcf.

The assumption that GetTickCount() gets updated after Sleep(1) holds only
when there is no other software running on the system. If any program uses
timeBeginPeriod() with values 1-15 then this assumption breaks.

A lot of common user software calls timeBeginPeriod() - this includes browsers,
media players, voice communicators, IDEs and store fronts.

Martin Storsjo 7f8224411c ntdll: Fix the arm64 use of libunwind for macOS. 
MacOS uses the LLVM libunwind, which doesn't expose quite as much
internals of the cursor as GNU libunwind, and uses slightly different
names for the arch specific register enums (for get/set registers).

Martin Storsjo cffd06ea67 ntdll: Trust libunwind's returned pc value on arm64. 
Use this instead of manually copying LR to PC. With GNU libunwind,
both registers are equal after unw_step.

With the LLVM libunwind (which Apple uses), the return address isn't
reflected at all in LR, only in UNW_REG_IP.

Andrew Eikum a10824a03c winepulse: Don't rely on pulseaudio callbacks for timing. 
Contains contributions from Mark Harmstone and Zhiyi Zhang.

Some devices, especially USB devices, have very irregular timing or
very long periods. Some Windows applications (The Witcher 3) are built
to expect regular, short period times, and so would underrun when the
device timing didn't match their expectations. This patch decouples
the Windows-side timing from the OS-side timing so we can meet those
applications' requirements.

Martin Storsjo 342c5da7c1 configure, msvcrt: Check for the finite() function just like finitef(). 
If missing, fall back on the C99 isfinite() macro, just like
the existing finitef() fallback.

The finite() function is deprecated in macOS 10.9 and is
removed (from the SDK) since macOS 11.0.

Martin Storsjo e8f2c2464a ntdll: Only call putenv() if we are going to call exec(). 
If we aren't going to exec (if pre_exec() returns zero), we will
continue using the envp pointer we got from the caller. However,
the putenv() call does update the environment, and this can in
some cases overwrite the array that the old (stale, potentially
dangling) envp pointer points to.

Rémi Bernon 447bce4117 dinput8: Stop using LL hooks for mouse devices. 
LL hooks are heavy and using them cause performance hit with high
polling rate mice. We don't need them anymore since we now use rawinput
API for mouse device.

This also uses a separate list for rawinput mouse devices.
