Rémi Bernon 39fea6cd1e win32u: Guard font unused_entry against race condition. 
There is a race condition otherwise between release_gdi_font and
find_cached_gdi_font, leading to invalid memory access:

One thread calling release_gdi_font may decrement refcount to 0,
then try to enter font_lock. At the same time, another thread may be
calling find_cached_gdi_font through select_font, holding the font_lock.

This second thread would find refcount set to 0, and then try to remove
unused_entry from its list, although it hasn't been added yet to the
unused list.

Henri Verbeet deff68bb72 ntdll: Only add a module dependency if import_dll() returned a modref. 
In particular, if import_dll() skips an unused import, it will return TRUE,
but set *pwm to NULL. This fixes a regression in 3DMark03 version 3.4.0,
introduced by commit 0dd37b02f9.

Ivo Ivanov b793fb5457 dinput: Add support for DIPROP_(PHYSICAL|LOGICAL)RANGE properties. 
Fixes apps like WheelCheck, which rely on some of these properties
(DIPROP_PHYSICALRANGE) to correctly calculate the top center of the
wheel against their permitted range.

In particular the constant force test now works just like in Windows,
directing the wheel to the upper center and resisting any movement to
the left or right. Before that it would pull the steering wheel hard to
the left.

Zebediah Figura 0e931fa5fd ntdll: Implement NtAlertThreadByThreadId and NtWaitForAlertByThreadId. 
These will be used to implement RtlWaitOnAddress() and other in-process
synchronization primitives, as they are on Windows.

These patches went through quite a few revisions in order to ensure that they
had sufficient performance and correctness compared to the current
implementation. I am particularly grateful to Etienne Juvigny and Dmitry
Skvortsov for performing extensive testing.

Martin Storsjö d00c897749 ntdll: Error out if unwinding isn't progressing on arm. 
In PE builds of wine, there's no unwind info (as LLVM hasn't
implemented generating SEH unwind info for ARM yet).

On startup of wine, an exception of the type RPC_S_SERVER_UNAVAILABLE
is raised. In a PE build of Wine, the unwind would get stuck in
an infinite loop.

This still loops for a short while; after returning the error
STATUS_INVALID_DISPOSITION, KiUserExceptionDispatcher ends up
calling RtlRaiseStatus with this status, which then tries to
unwind again, getting stuck similarly. However by recursively
trying to unwind multiple times, the process crashes fairly soon
after running out of stack.

Ivo Ivanov 34b0b4accb dinput: Return DI_OK when HID joystick CreateEffect succeeds. 
SetParameters returns DI_DOWNLOADSKIPPED if the device is not acquired
exclusively.

This fixes Assetto Corsa Competizione and Assetto Corsa not having FFB
due to calling CreateEffect before acquiring the device, which skips the
effect download and returns DI_DOWNLOADSKIPPED.

In particular, ACC tries twice to create the effect, and each time they
unacquire the device to turn off the autocenter, and then create the
effect while still in unacquired state, which in turn returns
DI_DOWNLOADSKIPPED, etc.
