- Renamed Settings to InternalSettings
- Renamed getPlugins/getThemes to listPlugins/listThemes
- Add Utils to the plugin API
- Add CssUtils to the plugin API
- Add error handling on plugin start
- Changed ThemeManager.getConfigAsSCSS[Map] to accept a SettingsSet instead of an array of SettingsCategory objects
- Add examples to the example plugin
