Carlos Rivera 00a0e2cd8c kernel32/tests: Change file name to avoid collision with other tests. 
Entries in IniFileMapping are persisted in Windows until the next
reboot, even if removed from the registry. This made the
function test_registry_mapping to cause other tests
that accessed the actual winetest.ini file to fail if the
profile test was run more than once on Windows without rebooting.

Zebediah Figura ae415a7df7 d3dcompiler: Unconditionally report special (pixel shader output) sysvals based on the semantic name. 
That is, do not check that the shader is a pixel shader and that the signature
is an output signature. These semantic names can only be generated in such
conditions; using the name for any other stage is invalid.

Zhiyi Zhang 23ce18d5e5 user32: Always wait for the desktop process to be ready in load_desktop_driver(). 
Having a __wine_display_device_guid property in the desktop window only guarantees that the window
is created. Explorer.exe still has to finish setting up virtual desktop, display settings etc.
load_desktop_driver() needs to make sure that the desktop initialization is done before allowing
applications to call user32 driver functions. Otherwise, they might get incorrect data. This race
condition became apparent after aadae4d1ea, which adds ~100ms to the
initialization process.

Carlos Rivera 13e81421b7 kernel32/tests: Use debugstr_an to show contents of buffer. 
In the tests modified the buffer to show is expected to contain
strings separated by \0. So that passing the buffer to
the ok macro will only print the first string. Showing the
whole returned buffer gives more information when the test
fails.

A window can be maximized or full screen on non-primary monitors. In this
case we need to add _NET_WM_STATE_MAXIMIZED or _NET_WM_STATE_FULLSCREEN
hint to the window so that they can be handled correctly by window managers.
For example, a full screen window on the secondary monitor needs
_NET_WM_STATE_FULLSCREEN so that window managers prevent panels from obscuring it.

Zhiyi Zhang c5ec1585f6 winex11.drv: Always update _NET_WM_STATE in update_net_wm_states(). 
KWin treats a window covering exactly the whole monitor as maximized
when handling its first map request and expects applications to update
maximized state later. Wine doesn't know about this added maximized
state and expect it unchanged, making the window always maximized
as far as KWin is concerned. So always send _NET_WM_STATE updates
even if Wine doesn't expect changes to hint KWin that a window should
not be maximized.

Fix test failures when running the tests introduced by
36b720357b with KWin.

Arkadiusz Hiler 9012096b47 Revert "ntdll/tests: Add test to check if GetTickCount is updated after sleeping.". 
This reverts commit 4617f83fcf.

The assumption that GetTickCount() gets updated after Sleep(1) holds only
when there is no other software running on the system. If any program uses
timeBeginPeriod() with values 1-15 then this assumption breaks.

A lot of common user software calls timeBeginPeriod() - this includes browsers,
media players, voice communicators, IDEs and store fronts.
