4220b29be9 Take advantage of the new registers saved in the STACK16FRAME to turn 
some 'register' functions into normal functions.
Removed the few remaining 'return' functions to simplify relay
handling.

60c78f143b Reworked nonclient drawing code. Win31 look now works more like real 
Win31, so apps like Delphi 1.0 no longer go into infinite recursion
etc. Fixed a couple of bugs in win95 look too, but not as thoroughly
(e.g. WS_EX_WINDOWEDGE is still not handled).

617955db88 Changed CONTEXT into CONTEXT86 everywhere we really want an i386 
context.
Added #ifdef __i386__ around accesses to 386 registers in the generic
CONTEXT structure.

7f53c57321 - Do not call XConfigureWindow if SetWindowPos was called due to a 
received ConfigureNotify event (to avoid recursion).
- Use XTranslateCoordinates in EVENT_GetGeometry instead of manually
  walking the tree.
- Set XSizeHint.win_gravity to StaticGravity for managed windows.
