Francois Gouget a370f3fc0b ES_COMBO is not defined in the Windows headers. So define it if 
necessary so the test can be compiled on Windows.

Robert Shearman b0f02b28b9 - Implement AdjustTokenPrivileges, DuplicateTokenEx and 
GetTokenInformation (for the TokenPrivileges case).
- Return STATUS_NO_TOKEN for OpenThreadToken when there is no token
  set for the thread.

Mike McCormack 6c50289ab3 - Fix msiexec's command line parsing. 
- Don't allocate memory for fixed size structure.
- Remove a few non-tab indents, since the rest of the file uses tabbed
