- move all other outputs (TRACE, WARN...) to a new wine debugging
channel (winedbg)
- replaced quite a few #ifdef:ed out output to new channels (mainly in
symbol management area...)
- added a new maintenance commands to ease up debugging
- updated documentation accordingly
