Francois Gouget dc94b03799 ntdll/tests: Fix the XState AllFeatureSize check on old CPUs. 
On old CPUs lacking XSAVEC, Windows 8+ does not set AllFeatureSize and

Nikolay Sivov 20a1eb3b25 mf/session: Do not drop pending commands when clearing current presentation. 
Calling Start() short after SetTopology() has a good chance of getting lost,
because clearing logic will drop all pending commands. This is easy to reproduce
with IMFPMediaPlayer, which works reliably on Windows.

Andrew Eikum 2a52efb7a3 shell32: Use stored registry path for known folder symlinks. 
This allows us to keep the same symlinks for knownfolders after the
upcoming patches. A functional change is that, if a user or
application has redirected one of the known folders, we will now
attempt to create the symlink at the redirected path instead of the
default one.

Piotr Caban a1ca90d68a user32: Depend on SetWindowPos to refresh window manager hints in SetWindowRgn. 
Otherwise both on Linux and Mac, the window will not restore title bar
when it becomes non-shaped until it's e.g. moved.

Zebediah Figura a17c0a7213 wined3d: Store the framebuffer state inline in struct wined3d_cs_clear. 
Avoid storing pointers to the CS data inside individual ops, so that we can
reallocate the queue when appending data to a deferred context, or copy the
queue contents to a command list.
