Rob Shearman 9a28119dd8 widl: Fix write_string_tfs for strings declared as arrays. 
The immediate type will be FC_*ARRAY, so rtype needs to use the referred 
type to get the base type.

Also update the typeformat-string offset of the type.

Rob Shearman bcfe954451 advapi32: Fix ImpersonateNamedPipeClient to pass in a pointer to an IO_STATUS_BLOCK to NtFsControl. 
Otherwise, NtFsControl file won't do anything except return STATUS_INVALID_PARAMETER.
