Arvid Norberg bdf1bbc8f4 changed the file format for storing the DHT routing table to support IPv6. Changed the address used to be IPv4-IPv6 independent (ip_filter still onlt works with IPv4). Added default boost-build features to the building documentation. Completed the jamfile's support for building without DHT support.
