Arvid Norberg 49bd69cad4 introduced a proper half open TCP connection limit. Also exposed the connection queue to let clients use the same connection limiter as libtorrent. Arvid Norberg bdf1bbc8f4 changed the file format for storing the DHT routing table to support IPv6. Changed the address used to be IPv4-IPv6 independent (ip_filter still onlt works with IPv4). Added default boost-build features to the building documentation. Completed the jamfile's support for building without DHT support.
