(#853) ... simplify peer_connection's read handlers and the receive buffer. removed the concept of soft-packet-size. removed the secondary null-buffer receive path. removed try_read. simplify the buffer class to not be resizeable. make receive_buffer shrink the buffer allocation. add cap to growing the receive buffer. buffer sizes are always divisible by 8.	2016-06-26 20:41:03 -04:00
