Arvid Norberg a1356219da added simple_client (and added it in the docs as well). 
updated documentation to include some sample code.
fixed a nasty network bug.
It now seems to work on linux (at least in cygwin).

Arvid Norberg ec34b1bfdb Initial commit of 'new' libtorrent. 
The Jamfile is broken and will hopefully be fixed soon.
