pfr_face_done, pfr_face_get_kerning, pfr_slot_init, pfr_slot_done, pfr_slot_load): Don't use PFR_XXX but FT_XXX arguments which are typecast to the proper PFR_XXX types within the function. Special notes to Unix users

Please read the file "docs/UPGRADE.UNX". It contains important
information regarding the installation of FreeType on Unix systems,
especially GNU based operating systems like GNU/Linux.
FreeType 2's library is called `libfreetype', FreeType 1's library
is called `libttf'. They are *not* compatible!
