(TT_CharMap_Load_Func, TT_CharMap_Free_Func): Removed.
* src/sfnt/sfnt.c: Don't include ttcmap.c.
* src/sfnt/rules.mk (SFNT_DRV_SRC): Don't include ttcmap.c.
* src/sfnt/ttload.c: Don't include ttcmap.h.
* src/sfnt/sfdriver.c: Don't include ttcmap.h.
(sfnt_interface): Updated.
