Graham Asher	25875e7f6d	Modified incremental loading interface to be closer to David Turner's ... preferences. The header freetype.h is not now affected, the interface is specified via an FT_Parameter, the pointer to the interface is hidden in an internal part of the face record, and all the definitions are in ftincrem.h.	2002-08-01 15:29:17 +00:00
